Demuro Homes & Villas Rent is a home rental platform launched in 2023 by Antonello Demuro. The aim is to offer 20+ years of hospitality expertise to the home rental market. With a focus only on the premium and luxury tier of rental homes, Demuro works with select professional home management companies to ensure that every home offered can be serviced at the high standard expected.
We carefully select every property, every villa is different. Some homes are owned by a frequent traveler, some thers are second homes that are rarely occupied.
Guests who book with us have access to a unique collection of private villas in Costa Smeralda, from beachfront houses, characterful townhouses, flats, apartments and penthouses.
We only work with professional management companies offering premium and luxury private home inventory. Each home is evaluated in person before being listed on our site.

In some cities in Sardinia additional taxes are required based upon the number of occupants. In these instances the tax is calculated using the number of guests you enter and then added into the rate. Following your booking we will work with you to ensure correct crediting of these tax based on the occupancy of the home.
These will vary by home. Please review details on the listing page to understand each home’s check-in and check-out times, as far as late check-out policy.
House rules are different for each home but often cover quiet hours for specific neighborhoods, what can and cannot be accessed during your stay, and other nuances about the home. These rules will be communicated to you prior to arrival by the home management company that looks after the home. A copy of the rules will also be available in the home.
Professional housekeepers do a full service clean of every home before a new guest arrives. At some luxury properties, housekeeping is provided throughout the stay; this will be detailed on the home listing. In some instances, mid-stay housekeeping is available for an extra fee, and can be purchased during home booking or requested during your stay through the contact details that were provided to you over email or during check-in.
We ask that you take care of the homes as if they were yours, but we know that sometimes, things can happen. If any damages occur during a stay, please report them to the home management company using the contact details provided in-home. The management company will also assess each home following every stay and will work with you to resolve any issues.
